Wow, this story was absolutely amazing! I’ve recently been going through a major Klaroline kick and this story was recommended to me from an author in currently loving, and I’m glad that I checked it out! The thing I love the most is how in-character everyone seemed to be. I’ve read enough Klaroline stories to know that it’s not always done well, but this story captured their personalities perfectly while allowing relationships to bloom.

Such a great story, I enjoyed it so much! And you are a wonderful writer, thank you for sharing this!

Ok. I've finally finished this. I don't have any words right now. I spent all night reading; I'm not exaggerating. It's almost 6am now. I will leave a better review when I've finally found the words. It needs to be a great own because you fucking deserve everything.

You write so beautifully. I've read a lot of fic, but I have to say with all my heart that your Klaus is the most perfect mix if old Klaus I love and all the wonders that the capable writers in our fandom built him to be. Its like you took every inspiration, every version of my favourite version of Klaus, and managed to tuck it neatly in your Klaus. His voice that he speaks in, when i hear him in my head, is maddening. So sensual, silver-tongued and longing so painfully for Caroline. And your Caroline. She breaks my heart, and klaus' observations of this push and pull between them is just as heart-wrenching. It's both the lure and the trap all at once. I wish I could've been here at the time you were writing and posting this. I feel like I've missed an important bit of history.

Your dialogue is absolutely deliciousespecially between Elijah and Klaus. I can hear it ringing in my head so clearly, and the rasps of their voices are definitely helped along by your vivid descriptions and well-paced narrative. I'm only halfway through the chapter but absolutely had to tell you. What can I say, I'm impatient.

I LOVE THIS. How I never read this before baffles me. I love the characterization of each character. I can genuinely picture Klaus and Caroline's reaction in each situation. Love it!
