Totally-An-Anon chapter 3 . 5/6/2015 PFFT. Oh, poor Nightmare. I'd to say that I feel a tad sorry for him but I'm too busy giggling silly to do so. Btw, loving this story so far. |
ShugoPita chapter 5 . 3/16/2015 I really do love this story and I'm really glad it's back makes me sad when stories that are actually good don't get enough reviews. Please keep writing to the end! Became one of my favorites |
Orange Eye'd Wanderer chapter 5 . 3/15/2015 It seems that Alice was right about pigs learning to fly the next time Black comes out on his own. I'm looking forward to seeing what comes of that. The part about Black having a runny nose was both a cute and a great idea. I thought it helped to take the focus away from Joker the warden or Joker the jester and allowed for a focus on Joker the individual. Watching White switch sides gave me a good laugh. Though I suppose you could say he never really switched sides since his true loyalty seems to be toward entertainment itself lol. I do have a couple critiques for this chapter. When White mentions tickling Alice it's a little unclear as to what exactly happens that leads up to her laying on her back staring up at the sky. It sounds like he tickled her a bit and she fell backward from it? I wasn't sure. Also, the part where you added "(She had them wrapped around her finger, after all.)" feels unnecessary since it's lightly implied in the previous sentence. I felt like I was basically reading the same thing twice with different wording. That might just be me though. There were also a few typos, but that's all I've got for critiques. Everything else was beautiful. Good luck with the next part ). |
Orange Eye'd Wanderer chapter 4 . 3/12/2015 Absolutely loved this chapter. It was my favorite one when you originally posted this story. Reading through it again, I enjoyed all the little revisions. You managed to bring out even more symbolism and information about Joker than I remember from before. Alice's mixed feelings of not belonging to that world but at the same time being drawn to it were so strongly portrayed. It was almost palpable to me as a reader. Julius, Ace, and Alice walking off together at the end was adorable. They were like a family. Seeing them like that gives me all sorts of warm feelings. Ummm, I'm trying to be critical too but I didn't notice anything that I would consider problematic in this chapter. I think there were a few typos? That's about it. Well I'm really looking forward to the next chapter. I won't have a clue what to expect since it will be completely new. The suspense is wonderful. |
annoyedbunny64 chapter 4 . 3/10/2015 Please countinue. |
Shingekyo chapter 4 . 3/10/2015 Loved this chapter. Normally people just write about the territories but I like how you added a casino. Wonderland has to have different locations and stuff. And it fits :D you have Joker's character so on point. |
Shingekyo chapter 3 . 3/3/2015 Amazing story so far. I love the idea of the candies. |
Dazzy Dizzie chapter 1 . 2/28/2015 And we're off to a compelling start! It's astonishing how you can easily pull in your readers after the first chapter. With this type of beginning, I don't know what to expect from this story, but I hope it'll be some sort of adventure or a realization of some kind-that's usually the type of themes I get when reading these kinds of stories. You've already set the mood for a dark atmosphere, and even though there was no actual dialogue in this chapter, the setting and description was enough to tense the air. |
