Such a sweet and well written story, that adds so much to columbo for me! Thank you for sharing it!

Once a month or so I remember this fic and I reread it. It is short, soft and sweet and it warms my heart. It brings a smile to my face. It has been some years since you uploaded it so I hesitate to post this comment but here we are. :)

They actually made a TV series that actually had Columbo's wife as the main character but it never did as well as his. She did detective work and other things while he was out, nice job! It's interesting I never actually thought anyone would make fandom stories for this TV show but here we are.

I really liked this fic. It's an interesting idea. You know that episode Any Old Port in a Storm where the guy with all the wine was the murderer. Well I shamelessly ship Columbo with that guy, Adrian Carsini. They are look so cute together.

I really liked it! the raincoat detail is very sweet and would make a great explanation for why he wears it even when it's warm.

There. I read it. Happy? Anyway, I think it was pretty good. I can't claim to be all that familiar with the show itself, but I liked it. At one point, you say that 18 years have passed, but later on you say that it's been 15 years. Which is it? But I digress. Good job!
