and saber armor can protect from magic and i dont think that their swords would harm much of saber anyway.
and saber should be much stronger. like E-rank str status would still be 10 times stronger than your average human. so what about muscle strenght to lift around 700 to 800 kg and saber if i remember right had B strenght at least.

Looks like Mordred is going to end up protecting Merry and Pippin from orcs at some point. I can totally see her standing over them and letting the dead orcs piling up around her. I really hope Arturia can free her from Saruman's control so they can try to reconcile. At the very least I can see Merry and Pippin dragging Mordred along behind them for food runs or even into Fanghorn if she suffers a wound when the Riders of Rohan attack the Orcs.

Also, is it wrong I want to see Iskander with Rohan and just annihilate the Oliphant troops with his Ionioi Hetairoi after leading the Riders of Rohan in a charge?

Also, I'm disappointed we don't get to see the Balrog eat an Excalibur blast to the face, even if it would survive for Gandalf to fight like in the original story. The Balrog is one of only 4 single characters that I think could face Excalibur, the others are Smaug, the Witchking, and Sauron in his physical form.
