For probably about 16 years (half my life at this point) I held this memory of reading a really great story on Sugar Quill called "Bury the Hatchet." Though I hadn't read FanFiction in at least a decade, probably longer, the pandemic/lockdown/anxiety/loneliness made me long for something comforting. Like Harry Potter. But, of course, my books are still at my parents' house, on another continent. FanFiction, however, is around forever and wherever. I had the inspiration to search 'Bury the Hatchet' just to see if I could find it - and find it I did, plus a sequel I'd never read! I am so happy, I don't know if you will ever see this, but these are so well written and thought out and still meaningful to me! And I almost cried when I read the "I'm Too Sexy" parody - I had completely forgotten that was where my weird tendency to sing "I'm too sexy for Hermione" initially came from!

Ok, how had I never read this sequel? BTH is my favorite fan fiction ever, and I had Perfect World listed in my favorites but had never read it! So glad you mentioned it in reply to my last review on BTH. So, so amazing. I finished last night, and it's all I've been thinking about since. So sad it's over!

I have been reading this since Berry the hatchet and i have loved it even though i knew everything to happen i still found it really good!

You did it again! I can 't stop reading...

All in all this was a wonderful story, with a good mixture of suspense, hilarity, fluff, romance and happy endings. I enjoyed it very much and want to thank you for sharing!

The single point I woudl dare to critique would be the scenes around the point where Hermione got cursed with the Imperius. That part had the most common (and probably most difficult to avoid) flaw of sudden stupidity on part of the heroes.

To find a good reason why your main characters get into trouble without either making the trouble too dangerous, so they can't believably overcome it, or too trivial, so it makes them seem uncharacteristically daft or even, in extreme cases, completely braindead, is terribly difficult from my point of view (which is why i don't write ;) ).

Here it was certainly not too pronounced, but as they let Hermione go in alone, my first thought was 'you can't be that daft after all you've been thorugh, can you? You surely won't let her go alone in there, where at least two know enemies with cruel streaks a few miles wide are loose, are you? Especially not after Ron was obviously suspicious if her being/getting sick for some time'. But that was exactly what they did, and of course it caused all sorts of trouble. But while it was uncautios, and I'd have expected better from all four involved, it wasn't exactly /stupid/ of them, so it's quite a small flaw in a still rahter perfect world.

Much, much joy it has brought me, and again, I want to say thank you, for writing, and for sharing.

I haven't even read this chapter yet, but I'd just like to say that I live in Australia and I LOVE Maths Circus! It was the best game when I was in year 7! There was this kid who used to just leave the music on and make the teacher go crazy... soo funny! Anyways just thought I'd share that with the world! PS. Love your stories and your R/H shipping ways, never a bad thing, i just can't get enough of their adorable ways. :P oh and hope you like HP7:P2! :D

This is even more epic than Bury the Hatchet! I love it! You're such an awesome writer and you're so humble about it. I can totally see this as another HP movie or one of those "lost chronicle-epic-saga-novel-made-into-an-awesome-movie" movies. XD Your plots in both stories are so perfectly planned and precise. I love how original you are! I loved how everyone stayed in character! I loved all the random plot twists! I loved the Ron & Hermione-ness! I ESPECIALLY loved the Diana & Harry-ness. I kinda wish there was more of them in it. It sucks that you won't write a third part but thank you so much for writing these! It's all made me realize something! As a writer...

I must say, I certainly loved both your stories, BTH and PW. I've actually been back to re-read them a few times since the first because they're that awesome :D :D :D

I was actually reading a couple of other reviews on this story - I disagree. I always found Ginny a rather erratic character to be paired with Harry (no character development until book five); and I love how you developed an OC's character so well that the audience was properly engaged. I was certainly a fan of the Harry/Diana pairing :)

All in all, I loved this story. Hermione and Ron are made for each other, and you expressed that not only in terms of random fluffy paragraphs, but a plot that was completely enthralling and had me hooked for as long as it took me to finish reading. That's talent you've got there - please, don't ever stop writing! :D :D :D

Hermione's a bit weak, isn't she? She dates a murderer for an entire year in the last story, and now she lets herself fall under the Imperius and give wizard weapons of mass destruction to the Dark Hand. Noot exactly awe-inspiring behavior. But at least she can beat Ron in a duel!

Is this another story where the author has Ron do a bunch of dumb stuff, while perfect Hermione and everybody else laughs at him? It's happened every chapter so far. I really thought you were better than that after reading bury the hachet, which I really enjoyed, but I was obviously wrong. I hope the next chapter stops the Ron-the-idiot train, but at least if it doesn't I won't have to read the rest of it.

This story is quite the letdown.

I love your stories but there is one problem Harry/Ginny not some Diana Drago woman the woman has no emotions! So why the hell do you partner her up with Harry!

You jerk harry is meant for Ginny! What are you some kinda of monster cos this is so terrible...jeez what the hell is wrong with you you think Ron should go with Hermione but Harry shouldn't have Ginny. Well I bid you good day. God what are you thinking jerk!

On yeah p.s KRUM is spelt like that god can you get anything right!
