Fantastic story you got here! It sticks to the game, but there's so many unique touches! I especially like how Nora is a grumpy woman.

Great story so far- dynamic character with an original backstory and portrayals of the other characters that avoid bashing (well, as much as you can do with Serra) no matter how much the narrator dislikes people. Well done avoiding a boring novelization of gameplay while staying true to the maps!

I think Nora should have a private talk with Ninian and patch things up (after Lundgren is defeated).

I really hope you continue this. I'm in love with the Lloyd/tactician pairing and yours was the first I found.

The battles Have gotten much more gruesome than I thought they'd get. Decapitation, I'm amazed she was able to do that while being impaled, impressive to be honest . Do they sleep well after these slaughters or do they suffer even slightly from their brutal killings?

EUREKA! I'VE FINALLY FOUND IT!
I never believed that I might one day find a FE7 fic that turned the tactician into an interesting character with a relevant backstory!
Not only that, but you've managed to include all of the party members without turning any of them into 2-D cardboard cutouts OR invalidating any part of their canon character that people love. No one ever breaks character or continuity for the sake of the plot. The pacing and phrasing are phenomenal. The story never felt like it was dragging its feet or skipping ahead too quickly, and every descriptive line fit in with the current theme. What level of heaven did this author descend from in order to bring us this wonder? We may never know.
The thing that impressed me the most is how Nora is flawed and interesting. I could write a bunch of fluffy lines detailing all of the wonderful bits of characterization, but that's boring. The most fundamental way to say it is that she feels human and relatable, despite the antisocial behavior and mannerisms.
Other than the occasional (and easily forgiven) typo, the only thing I can bring myself to complain about is the portrayal of the throwaway bosses. I'm not saying that you need to give them in-depth characters. But, especially given how you've managed to contextualize all of the main characters' quotes so wonderfully, it's a bit jarring to hear Yogi calling for reinforcements and have Nora snarking about the absurdity of the statement. There are crack fics that can pull that off very well, but that style just doesn't work here in my opinion. The world you've set up is too serious. I don't exactly know how you can fix that, or if you should even try, but if you're looking for honest criticism, there it is.
Despite that, this story is functionally perfect in my opinion. There's drama, there's intrigue and there's a definite need for you to KEEP IT UP!
