At this point Jaune might have it easier if he just goes up to Ozpin's office and either begs him to save his life and finally explain the situation to someone or tell Ozpin about his false transcripts and that he should really be leaving Beacon.

Jaune's only chance at survival is unlocking a semblance in his time of need. The only way this can turn out even remotely well for him is if he gets a semblance that makes people forget things all of a sudden; then he'll live on knowing the day he almost died.

I don't quite understand why people in the comments are thinking Cinder's team would be in his contacts and also that they didn't read the message limit notice he got (which doesn't make much sense in Remnant but for the story it works).

Love the story. And we didn't even got to the good parts. For one, I do believe in the show Jaune mentioned he has Goodwitch's number... hm... wonder how would Jaune fair against an Atlesian strike team led by a jealous Ironwood and supported by Ren and Sun.
