This was incredible! I was so excited to finally read this story (had been saving it) and wow did it deliver! I've read a lot of THG fanfics and mostly Hayffie...and if this isn't my new favorite it's only rivaled by a couple of other stories by you! Right now this fic is blocking all the others out...I'm on an Invictus high!

I loved it all. Loved each of the new OCs and what they brought to the story. Loved that it was long and full...covered everything. And loved that while it showed a beautiful love story for Hayffie delving so deeply into their story (good and bad all dealt with) and we went on an awesone new spin on THG, it also told a lovely story about a group of people that loved each other and became a family. Just wonderful. Thank you so much for brightening my life with your writing!

Oooooh...this chapter was awesome. Gut-wrenchingly awful...and awesome at the same time. I loved that Haymitch finally got it all out...and Katniss response...and acknowledging Effie wad how he coped. Oh dear...the Effie cliffhanger must have about killed the people reading this during the original post. Fortunately, I don't have to wait for the next chapter! Off to read...

I can't stop reading...this is bad for my health! I'm sooo excited to be getting to Katniss, Peeta, rebelling, etc. I know what's going to happen...and yet I don't...its weird. Poor Hayden...pooooooor Finnick...poor everybody. When I stop and think about the fact that all of this is fiction, I'm always surprised at just how much I feel for these peoplehe and just how much I hate Snow. Love Mags...and the little Hayffie drops here and there, though.

I loved him "watching the purple dress in front of every shade of blue imaginable"...cute! And I really like that they're becoming friends. Real friends.

I have been reading your Hayffie stories for over 2 years now. Total fan! I've reread several and been through HaDS like 4 times...commenting often. I held off on Invictus, though...it's like I was saving it for a special occasion. Recently, I wandered off to Gadge and Everlark for big stories, but I find that nothing is like good Hayffie.
So...no special occasion...I just decided that now is Invictus time! 15 chaps in...and I think it's about to really get going good. I'm sooooo happy! Hayden is a cool add, Effie and Haymitch are figuring each other out...feel bad for Haymitch having to do what he has to to protect his family, but realize that's the point. Thank you for posting these stories!
