I keep coming back to this story because it is simply amazing! The easy banter in Bamon's relationship is lovely, and your gift at writing/story telling is phenomenal. Thank you for sharing your time, and talent with us.

Whew, I hate to celebrate the collapse of a relationsh...who am I kidding, I enjoyed the heck out of this! Like, I'm sure it sucked to be Elena, but shoot, can't nothing grow in a toxic space. That all consuming love that Elena kept going on about has an expiry date, and I'm glad that Damon saw the date. Beautiful writing.

Would have adored a final chapter to this to see where Bonnie and Damon ended up but this was so well done regardless. Love your characterization of these two.

I can honestly say I have never read a Delena focused fic, and I don’t know if I can say that I have yet. This was also fantastic! I absolutely loved the perspective, this slow progression of realization. Take that and combine it with the rather aggressive and selfish thoughts Elena had throughout and it just kept getting better. I mean Bonnie was barely in this physically, but the whole story sort of permeated with her presence. I also just enjoyed Damon, and how this was a fascinating amalgamation of Damone who loves Elena and Damon who loves Bonnie. Thank you for writing this!

Swamy Swamy Swamy... U my dear are a great writer. If u ever write a book I'd instantly pre-order. I loved this story. I think I've read every good Bamon centered fanfic. It's hard to find anything w/ a love triangle between Bamon/Delena. Just the right amount of jealousy from Elena, Bonnie being aloof, while Damon does what Damon does best. Fall in love and become recklessly devoted.
