Oh there is just so much to say on the subject of Twilight... but Olivia's got it covered. ;)

(I too read the first book, at the insistence of a friend, and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting, but the main girl was INCREDIBLY annoying and there still a vast number of problems I had with the writing, story as whole, characters, etc, that in the end I was left baffled as to why it was so popular. *shrug*)
