This is a well written story, overall. I like the idea of Rhaegar requesting Lyanna or Cersi as a second wife. Both the Starks and the Lannisters are so proud, it would outrage either family. If it went to the Starks it might cause the events of RR. I also like your Elia Of Dorne. I think that she could be developed into even more of a proud, feisty sand snake. Maybe this was her idea? As a power play for Dorne? Perhaps it is common there? Maybe show his reluctance more and her inststing? I also like the brooding, peotic dragon. Nice work.
