i love the angst. it's just so sad that they have just a little time for each other and also how they met before their fate will come to them. it's really true: time is really some thing to be afraid of. :( and i like the story of life and death, it's tragic. again, you've made a beautiful story, author! :D

I really enjoyed this! It's beautiful, in the tragic rip-your-heart-out kind of way, which I'm beginning to expect from you. :P I like that you framed the beginning and end of the story with Sasuke's mother telling him this fairy tale, with the reality of that tale coming to life in the middle. The romance was sweet, little pet fox!Naruto is the cutest idea ever, and you combined two of my favorite things (fairy tales and SasuSaku) in the best way possible. The ending gutted me, of course, but in the good way. Overall, great job, and I can't wait to see what you do next!

Fantastic job creating this world and breathing life into the characters. You made it so easy to see and feel each scene, Rhea. There were a few tiny consistency errors (timeline-wise) and I might've done away with the Mikoto moral to the story, but overall you bring into being a full, lush, beginning-to-end story in such a small space - a story this all-encompassing would take most writers several chapters. Again, amazing job. So well done.

Can I just say that the way you write is just so freaking awesome. Your writing was very enticing and enchanting, especially the legend at the beginning. But then damn. Why'd you go and kill her off?! It's just so sad that she had to die and he go on without her. Though I had a sense in the beginning that Sasuke would be the one she would have to revive. Gah. I read this hours ago and I'm still not over the fact that you didn't give them the happy ending that she deserved. I cry. ;_;

Small confusion in the story; you wrote Sakura had left "seven years prior" at the beginning, then it changed to four years and she would be turning 20. Either I'm too confused or you got something mixed up?
Still, it was beautiful with all its bittersweetness. Love fairytales, and love SS

This was really well-written. :(( I love the tender SasuSaku moments, and how he chases her because of his mother's tales... That ending though. Open-ended but could be interpreted with her death. It's bittersweet, and though a happily ever after was not in this fairy tale, it was beautiful and realistic. Fantastic AU if I may say so. :)
