Brain drives Gadgetmobile around the house! Gadget becomes concerned about Brain's behaviour!

While Gadget and Penny are playing cards, Brain had an evil plan. He was going to drive Gadgetmobile!

Brain went on Gadgetmobile and drove it to the kitchen. Penny wandered where Brain went.

"MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!", Brain let out an evil laugh as he drove Gadgetmobile. Penny chased Brain angrily.

Gadgetmobile stopped and Gagdet became conderned.

"Brain! Why did you drive Gadgetmobile?", asked Gadget, being concerned.

"GRRRRRR!", Brain gave Gadget a growl, which means because I wanted to.

"Say sorry", said Gadget.

"Rorry", said Brain.

"Thanks Brain for apologising to Uncle Gadget", said Penny.

Inspector Gadget Begins Chapter 13: Brain To The Rescue!

At Gadget's house, the kitchen was flooded and Penny was trying to rescue her wristwatch because she accidentally dropped it. Oh no! Penny has just drowned! "Go, get her", said Gadget. "Ruff!", Brain gave Gadget a salute and he had to rescue Penny because she was drowning. Brain got Penny out of the water.
"Thanks for saving me, Brain", said Penny. "Brain, you pull the plug and get the water out", said Gadget. "Ruff!", Brain gave a salute and turned the water off.

15 MINUTES LATER;

Dr. Claw and his minions are trapping Gadget and Penny! Brain came to the rescue again.

Inspector Gadget Begins Chapter 13: Brain To The Rescue!

Meanwhile, Brain had been in the living room. He sat on the sofa, crying with many tears falling out of his eyes.

Gadget heard a sniffing and sobbing sound. "Go, go Gadget, flashlight", he said. He still heard Brain crying.
"Aww, poor Brain. I'll go get Penny to cheer Brain up", said Gadget.

MEANWHILE;

Penny came to see Brain. She hugged him and made him feel happy again.

10 MINUTES LATER;

Oh dear! Gadget and Penny have been captured by Dr. Claw and his minions! Then, Brain came to the rescue and got his owners out of the rings. "Thank you Brain for saving our lives", said Gadget and Penny.

3 HOURS LATER;

Gadget, Penny and Brain went up to a hill to rescue an old man who was crossing the street. "There's an old man over there, we have to help him cross the street", said Penny. "I know", said Gadget.

7 HOURS LATER;

Gadget, Penny and Brain helped the old man cross the street. "Thank you", said the old man.

4 MINUTES LATER;

Penny accidentally rolled down the hill! Brain has to come to the rescue from Penny rolling down the hill.
"Well done for saving my Penny", said Gadget.
"Ruff!", Brain gave a salute at Gadget.

15 SECONDS LATER;

Dr. Claw and his minions are capturing Gadget and Penny again! Then, Brain came to the rescue and growled at Dr. Claw! "Hooray for Brain!", said Penny. "You are the smartest 4 year old ever!", said Gadget. "Ruff!", Brain gave a salute at Gadget. The End.

Inspector Gadget Chapter 1: The Dark Cellar

Meanwhile, Brain walked through a dark cellar. He went in the cellar and sat all alone, crying with many tears falling out from his eyes.

"I can hear Brain, he's crying!", exclaimed Penny.
"So can I", said Gadget.

"Brain, why are you crying?", asked Penny.
"Ruff ruff ruff ruff ruff ruff!", barked Brain, sadly.
"Aww, you think you're alone", said Penny, hugging Brain.

"Brain, you know what? You're not alone", said Gadget.
"Uncle Gadget, you are right", said Penny.

MEANWHILE;

Gadget's hat pulled out a hanky and wiped away Brain's tears.

10 MINUTES LATER;

Gadget, Penny and Brain got out of the cellar. They saw Talon. "Hey, pretty lady", said Talon to Penny.

3 SECONDS LATER;

Oh dear! Dr. Claw just captured Gadget and Penny! Then, Brain came to the rescue and saved Gadget and Penny from Dr. Claw capturing them.

6 HOURS LATER;

When Talon was dating Penny, he gets attacked by his uncle, Dr. Claw. But then, Brain came to the rescue and saved Talon.

The End.

This chapter marks not the end for your "Inspector Gadget" reboot, but only the beginning. I totally look forward to more from you.

I loved the sweet moment Penny and Gadget had. Their reunion, unfortunately, is short-lived, as Claw has both of them in the palm of his "claw." I hope help is on the way for them.

Uh-oh. Penny's been captured. But hope isn't lost, for Brain and the Gadgetmobile convince Chief Quimby to release Gadget from prison, and they pull Gadget out of his funk and convince him to save Penny from Dr. Claw's grip. I'm literally swept in by the excitement this story offers. ;-]

It was a low blow, what Gadget said to Penny. I mean, they're uncle and niece - they should be able to stand together, through good times and bad. Dr. Claw's plan to put Gadget behind bars actually works as Gadget is goaded to come after his archnemesis. As always, Brain follows Gadget in secret, only to discover to his horror that Gadget has been framed. I hope things will work out well for them and Penny in the end.

Penny's lullaby was gorgeous to read along to as was the rest of the chapter. x)

Just like it was in the old cartoon, you've captured Gadget's cluelessness. Well done on Brain saving the day and making Dr. Claw think it was all Gadget's doing. You write so epicly. :3

Bravo on yet another sensational chapter of your "Inspector Gadget" story. It was painful of Penny to open up about what happened before, but I admire her bravery. It was also real clever of Gadget to figure out Claw's escape and wants to take down the agents of M.A.D. I really and truly am impressed with your storytelling ability. [c:
