Great job on the grammar. Almost all the spelling was correct.

Great job on showing how Nephyra has to train in order to get good enough to actually fly with the best of the best. She worked hard to get her military training in boot camp and now she needs training in biotics. After that, its money, weapons, and armor.

My only complaint is because of the delay between chapters, my interest waned on this story.

I certainly enjoy reading about your little spirit and I have to admit, I was considering going for a biotic Tulana for my story but then decided to stick with the sniper. I always loved playing as one in the trilogy. I can't wait to see more, because I think we are pretty much the only OC/SE- turned/reborn- Turian!

Really like the part where she admitted that she can't win a fight against a Asari or a Krogan yet. She still has limits and is working on those limits.

Like the war paint in her. While I don't follow the lore as closely, it was a nice touch where when a Turian graduates and becomes a citizen, they are given their paint. It was a great way to show their culture.

To be honest, I find this chapter tepid.

There some great descriptions though. And the writing is still incredible.

The plot however is essentially just our protagonist arriving and receiving gifts. It is just padding and filler, or, as most people would call it, fluff.

Though I could see that this is more of the emotional kind of stuff. Still, in that view, it is lacking. The characters doesn't lend themselves to these kind of stories. They always felt like they have a damper on their emotions. The protagonist, especially, feels too intellectual and prone to thinking than feeling. The descriptions also play into this. The descriptions are unemotional and doesn't help express the mood.

So, while the chapter is a bit dull and doesn't effect me emotionally, it is still well written. It also does send the story to a new direction and launch it to a new arc after thirteen chapters worth of prologue.

Hah, that's awesome - I'm glad you didn't describe the training in exhausting detail like some other authors do. And hey, Dalena's getting some nice purple face-paint. At least she won't stand out in that way too much!
