I want to think that Jane will be emotional about the thought of having children again - but then again, he's always so "under control." I like your version very much.

This soooo good! I'm really happy someone finally wrote a piece in which Jane and Lisbon truly talk out their thoughts on leaving the FBI and by that I mean actual address the fact that Jane's suggestions are ludacris, and he's just trying to plant the seeds of leaving in Lisbon's head.

Leaving the end of this kind of open ended with unanswered questions of what they are going to do with their future was also a nice touch.

I really hope we get the baby conversation on the show, rather than her saying she's pregnant the last episode. I'd like to know Jane's real thoughts about it first, and you've done a wonderful job envisioning it. Beautifully written.

Mmmh, thanks for this lovely complement to this wonderful ep. Can't count how often I watched it, maybe 20 times, can't get enough. It's just perfect. It was so moving when Lisbon expressed her desire for Jane coming with her to Chicago. That she lets him in, in her family. And I had to think about her parents's house. You know, I could very well imagine Patrick and Teresa giving the little yellow house the proper TLC and raising their child(ren) there. Can't help it, I just like the thought and maybe it could be food for a fic? Well, and it's unnecessary to say how I felt about the last scene... Sigh. Think I'll go watching... :)

Yes please make this happen or at least give us a shorter conversation similar to this one in canon... Thank you :)

I loved this little story, Entwife. It's a conversation they need to have for their future. So many things to ponder and dream of their life after leaving LE. So much to lose if they stay. Thank you for the story, Entwife. They are an amazing couple.
