Okay, I wish you had redesignated this as incomplete. Seriously. Because I was really into it clear up to the last paragraph oh chapter 5. Majorly disappointed. You have a good story here. Just saying. You need to add a hiatus notice to your summary at the very least.

Hi, I've read chapters 1 to 5, and really liked them. Now Abby fears that Gibbs, Kate and Tim have been abducted, but you don't have to make it so. They could be out of touch for other reasons. Tony and Gibbs found a way to press beyond the panic Tony feels when Gibbs dominates him in a fight, so that is satisfying by itself.
I like that Tim tried to help, and maybe he has, even if Gibbs needs some time to realize he did good.
Whatever you want to do now, I'm fine with the published chapters. Thanks, and good luck!

I lost some sympathy for Tony when he bad-mouthed Tim to Gibbs. Tim didn't just say that Tony "bottles away all his emotions", he was a lot more sympathetic than that and Tony knows it. But of course Gibbs was quick to believe the worse, as usual - and it's sad that Tony didn't correct him. I wonder though, whether Tony would have gone round to Gibbs' house to talk about his problems if Tim hadn't gotten him to open up in the first place. Good update, although it isn't making me like Gibbs much. I personally think he is a sorry excuse for a manager who sets bad examples for the others. I hate to think what he will say to the hapless Tim in the next chapter. It probably won't be pleasant.

By the way, PC is short for Politically Correct.

Abby is annoying me SO much right now! Kate is too, though not like Abby, who I think should be raked over the coals for poking her nose where it doesn't belong. I'm really liking the friendship\brotherliness between Tony and McGee, and of course, Daddy Gibbs! Well done!

Hmm, I had a feeling Gibbs would find out about the elevator incident. But is he mad about it, or is he pleased that Tim got through to Tony?

I think Kate is deluding herself that she and Tony "have a thing going". They may have a sibling-type relationship going on, if the bickering is anything to go by, but as much as I like Kate, she can be pretty bitchy towards him - much as Ziva was when she joined the team. And like Ziva, she does have a tendency to be condescending. It makes me wonder if both women feel threatened by Tony for some strange reason. Odd that, because I think he would actually be very pleasant to work with, once you got past the juvenile sense of humour - but maybe that's because I'm a working class Brit and we aren't as PC as our American cousins.

OMG. I love that second to last line. Gibbs is going to rip him a new one. It's obvious that Gibbs is going about Tony's situation the right way. He's biding his time for Tony to come to him. Kate and McGee's feelings are going to get hurt, but too bad. That's the consequences for their actions. If Gibbs knows what McGee did, did Tony somehow go to Gibbs and express his concerns? Maybe a little behind the scenes conversation in the basement?
