Etta chapter 25 . 6/11 I’ve been mean to Gabe. Like most people named Gabe, he seems to be short of brain cells and self respect, but he has a good heart. I’m super invested in this story, especially now that we have this new villain to worry about. Can’t wait for more! |
Etta chapter 10 . 6/11 DELIGHTFUL |
Etta D chapter 8 . 6/11 CALLEF IT HAYLEY IS HALETH OHHHH I LOVE THIS SO MUCH IM SO EXCITED |
Etta D chapter 2 . 6/11 She must have so much patience to handle Kate. I’d lose my cool in five seconds flat lmbo |
Etta Daring chapter 1 . 6/11 Okay... okay this is fantastic and I’m so excited to keep reading it. The mention of Makalaurë BROKE my heart. A million pieces. I ADORE Maglor,,,, but this story isn’t about him and I’m STIL delighted and fascinated |
Vivstar chapter 25 . 3/14 So glad you updated! Can't wait to read the next chapter. |
CygnusRift chapter 25 . 3/8 I was so happy when I saw my notifications. Thank you for not abandoning this story. It's wonderful. There aren't enough Aegnor/Andreth stories out there. Now I'll wait patiently for the next part. |
Ruiniel chapter 25 . 3/4 *dies* Sweet Manwe's breath an update! I am absolutely beside myself and grateful to such a point it's ridiculous. So, we get confirmation on Beruthiel, Anguirel, and Hayley being in a slapping mood. As always, I love Carnistir and his antics to bits. But just before the showdown you ended in a cliffhanger, and that... hurts... Please *rasps* ... if you can...update soon... But really, great chapter and I'll say it again: I love this story. Props to you! |
Sabrina Weasley chapter 25 . 3/4 Thank you, thank you, thank you! Can’t wait to read their reunion! |
Ruiniel chapter 24 . 1/20 I got it! It's Beruthiel! The villain, it's her! LOL, what reading lore brings about... still love this, still hope it's not fogotten. Take care |
Ruiniel chapter 24 . 12/29/2019 And here we are. Glad to be up to date, devastated at the prospect of a long and weary wait... who knows when we'll see an update! *laments* I call this the Lay of Lorn Fan Fiction Lovers. Anyway, I liked the elves' befuddlement when faced with Tom&Goldberry. All was well, and then... eight weeks?! For someone freshly bound to be without the other? Oh, Andrea... I do honestly hope and entreat you to please continue this tale. It is well worth it, and one of the best pieces of AU fan fiction I've read drawing from the Silm (and I know for a fact that I am not the only one.) Hoping against hope for that sparkle of inspiration or whatever would lead you to update this. Until next time... |
Ruiniel chapter 23 . 12/26/2019 I absolutely loved this Haleth POV chapter. Brilliant beginning and ending with the same words, showing a parallel on her "now and then". Though her soul was "young" at the time, we see the main traits defining her have not changed. I still like to believe there is an untold story between Haleth and Caranthir even in canon. And I find their brief tale at least just as beautiful as Aegnor and Andreth's. Loved reading how she recalled meeting Cirian in this life. And the flashback of their first encounter was an epic treat, and did it justice. Once again, I am a sold admirer of this fic. |
Ruiniel chapter 22 . 12/25/2019 Much love for this chapter! I adore the bonding between Caranthir and Aegnor by the fire. Love how you write their interaction. Ah! Goldberry and Tom! Things are getting mighty interesting. |
Ruiniel chapter 21 . 12/23/2019 Just when I did not think I could love this more, you shuck out all. those. flashbacks. This made me very miserable, which again is a testament to how great you weave words. It was quite the emotional rollercoaster, this chappie. Great scene where Aegnor thanked the other elf. I'm fangirling over this fic, yeah, I just find it that good. |
Ruiniel chapter 20 . 12/23/2019 Uh oh! I failed to reckon who the mysterious villain could be... "and then she called me a little shit" ... I doubled over laughing. Hm, drawing a blank here. A 'she'? Preying on men? The only one from the legendarium coming to mind is Thuringwethil, buuuut I may be horrendously wrong. Really curious about this one. Loved how you brought Anguirel into the mix, but why that particular blade? Assumingly it may have been lost when Maeglin fell to his death in the fall of Gondolin? Curiosity intensifies. Ah, Kate&Andrea dialogues are always a treat! Love Kate's prodding. And it seems evil has found them *dun dun duuun*. Good luck elf squad. |
