Yes, Snape has figured it out and is desperate to find a way for Hermione *not* to be sacrificed, and Hermione is not being a lot of help here. Then again, Snape is a sacrifice, too.

Both of them need to bug out, if Snape can't get any info to the Order he's not much use either.

It looks like both Lucius and Draco are thinking about the precise nature of the relationship between Severus and Hermione and reaching an accurate conclusion. Something might need to be done about those two.

Draco should be afraid, he should be very afraid-but I fear that since Snape didn't really punish him, he won't take the hint. Sigh, what is it about purebloods that make them such slow learners?
