And the thing about 4 tenants had me thinking about the Gosho boys, seeing as Heiji had already appeared, and I couldn't help but imagine how his living with Kaito and Hakuba as well as Shinichi might lead to him becoming one of the group: he is going into law enforcement as well, and even if they're no longer roommates by then they're hardly going to forget each other, and they'll likely look out for their friend when he's a newbie
I just also like to picture the peers hanging out more often than not as well
