Oh, poor Neville. I’m not sure that first years would so quickly jump to that conclusion, but I can see Fred and George enjoying his reaction. I’m a bit confused as to why Ron still said that about Hermione when he knows she does have friends in his brothers, Lee and Neville, though, even if he doesn’t view Harry as actually liking her. Although, I suppose he can be fairly myopic.

Not sure whether her father’s being nice or whether he’s trying to subtly put Hermione off dating… I guess, given that she’s going away for a few months, he has the right to do either.

And I like that Fred and George do give her a pass on the pranking, even if they do it a little obnoxiously. They obviously don’t have a problem with pranking first years, but I’d like to think they give them a few weeks’ grace, at least.

Hehe. I like how they’re focused on this momentous (to them, at least) offer, and Hermione’s just focused on whether she has somebody to sit with.

Oh Ron they obviously care for her more! Haha! Hermione and the twins are super funny together...
