Please, please, please - do finish this story it is just so brilliant and I would love to know what happens to Lucius in the trial and personally would love to see Lackwit ousted from office!

Your description of Malfoy Manor really gave me the creeps. You have set yourself a tall order with your portrayal of post war Lucius, he seems irredeemable. But I am keen to read on. :)

Wow! Over all this was really great! I will say that in chapter 8 there's a bit of confusion when Lucius is rescuing Hermione... And there's another jump in chapter 10 as well, so those parts could transition a little smoother. Do you have a chapter 11 so we can see the result of the hearing? I hope you can bring yourself to tie up the loose ends!

I love the story. I feel a bit cheated that I don't get to know how that ended for Lucius. I'd like to think that he will be back at the manor, marry Hermione and find some peace with Draco so he can enjoy his grandson. I would like more chapters so I can read about all that... but I 'll be happy with the story as it is.

I didn't want to read this fiction because I knew it hadn't been updated in a year, but I think I've read almost all the complete Lumione on this site so I let myself fall again in the work-in-progress-fiction hell.
Well I'm glad I did because this story is amazing. The plot is really interesting and I love the relationship between Lucius and Hermione. I love the way their relationship grew over time, attack after attack. She's one of the sweetest Hermione I've ever seen and she's adorable because she's not only blushed cheeks and tears, but she's really strong and, most of all, she's so clever I want to cry.
Too often I see Hermione acting "normal", people tend not to use her intelligence (including me, 'cause I'm all on the emotional and psychological side of the characters) but your Hermione is perfect.
As I said before, the plot really gets the reader's attention. It's interesting, unpredictable and I like the fact that there isn't a scheme; in many fictions there are a lot of kidnapping or attempt at raping Hermione or crazy bad guys who lost their mind over the chance of raping her. I also like the fact that Lucius is not super sweet. He's sweet but not too much to be intolerable.
I hope you find your inspiration soon because this story is amazing and it deserves an ending.
Ps. I hope my English is not dreadful, I'm italian and I tend to read in UK English but watch movies/tv series in American so I think my English is a mix of the two. Also I'm out of school for quite a while (and I'm using my phone to write this review) so I surely forgot a good bunch of grammar rules.
I want to thank you for this fiction, it kept me reading night and day for the past two days.

Even one more chapter would just finish this up perfectly. Maybe an epilogue too, if you're feeling generous.

Please don't stop till they have their HEA. If ever 2 characters deserve that it would be them. And while you are at it won't you teach Lackwit a lesson. Not tear him limb from limb but make him get a bit of what is owed him.

I'm so glad you updated; this is one of the finest Lumiones I've ever read, and it would have been a shame if you just dropped it. Your break seems to have given you the inspiration to continue the story at your customary high level of writing.

As for this chapter, you've captured that black/white thinking that paralyzes the Wizarding World, IMO. That blasted Ministry seems incapable of recognizing the concept of self-defense, and instead wants to punish Lucius for "breaking the rules" by saving his own life and Hermione's. What a bunch of idiotic, bigoted, pencil-pushing company men. I think the WW is cruel and stupid, and you've captured that perfectly; "Lackwit" is the ideal name for that a-hole.

Of course I also assume this will eventually have a happy ending. After everything they've been through, and the way Lucius has changed, they deserve it.
