The Mikoyan-Gurevich or MiG corporation was established in 1939, right before WWII started, so there's no way the witches doesn't know what it is. Sanya's striker is also the MiG I-225. That's the only thing I want to tell you.

A few issues here. The strike witches are not dense they should have been able to figure out from the advanced tech that these guys were NOT from there especially when they saw the mad the should have figured out immediately that they have been relocated in both time and space and should have realized that they are trying to figure out what happened AND ARE NOT LYING TO THEM. They are telling the truth as they know it are NOT hostile and indeed are attempting to make friendly contact and likely want to be allies rather than foes. Other than those issues this is well written and I hope you can quickly handle the unnecessary hostility problem.

And as for My other OC Ferdinand Wiess or Alfred Wiess he stays the same to with him falling for Nippa aka Nikka. He is a medic so he gets to patch her up all the time. I have him the age of 18 lower it to 16 as well, rank Corpral as well. Don't want him to down the bottom of rank.

Things are going to be interesting. You may remember me from all the OC suggestions I gave you. Back then I went by Ghost this is my new one. Any way I hope this story becomes one of the flagship story's like paradox timeline and Witches Rangers and the 141. Oh if you use My OC Robert Grant, I hope to see him in the story. But what I want to change is since he is a secretary he will have to help act as liaison to the U.N Fleet and the allies. While he maybe timid a bit he is cunning and he'll know how to put a few people in place if he gets angry. He also has a Degree in History. He is a History major especially War history. (Hint hint tell all about there counterparts in there world) But still has his mother Kathryn' hediochromia Two eye colors. Also the same paring for him He Falls for Henrike sanz princesszin AKA Princess but I will lower his age to 16 and should he have to get put into combat remember he has Military training equivalent to a combat medic, he'll get the rank of Corpral. Love it so much! But please add all the Russian translation at the end of the chapter there was 2 Russian dialogue which doesn't have a translation and I have to open google translate to know what it is and that breaks the enjoyable flow of reading.

First off, you might want to give this chapter a thorough combing over with a spellcheck. There seems to be quite a bit more spelling and grammar mistakes in here than in the previous chapters.

Second, Perrine may have been bitchy in the 1st season, but by the 2nd season she's mellowed out considerably (probably due to Lynne's and Amelie's influences, but that's just my guess). I mean, just look at the movie when she's opened an orphanage in her mansion. So yeah, Perrine should be much nicer than how you depicted her here. Maybe a little snooty and stuck-up, but that's just her personality at work.

Besides those, the rest of the chapter is pretty decent. I just wish the implied romantic feelings between Luciana and Rick was done a bit more...subtly. And more slowly, as it feels like she's falling in love with him very rapidly and for no particular reason.

I remember you said you wanted military advice? Well, the biggest problem I see with the pilots helping the witches out are threefold: fuel, ammo, and maintenance.
1. JP8 jet fuel won't be invented until the 90's and using the jet fuel available in 1945 is likely to clog the engines up as anything.
2. It's kind of obvious, but there's no way they can restock the missiles they used up when they first arrived. Simply put, the Allies lack the machines to make the machines to make the missiles. The M61 Vulcan and GSh-23-6 will probably accept WWII-grade ammo though. The M61 is externally powered, so it'll continue firing even when duds occur. The GSh-23-6 though might have a more difficult time of it due to its gas-powered mechanism.
3. Also kind of obvious, but there's no way to fix anything that breaks on the two fighters due to the lack of compatible parts.

Your story is looking pretty good so far. The grammar is good and I can't find any spelling errors so far, not to mention you've got a good plot going on and pretty good action scenes. Good job.

Now you're asking for me to spot military hardware mistakes? I've spotted a big one: The Mig-31 Foxhound is not carrier-capable, and there has never been a carrier-capable variant ever produced. For some good alternatives, I recommend the MiG-29K or the Su-33.

Like everyone said, the MiG-31 Foxhound is not a carrier-borne fighter. HOWEVER, since this is the future and all, you could bend around that by saying the Russians developed a carrier version of the MiG-31, designation MiG-31K or something, which was created for a need of a mach 3 carrier interceptor or something.
