Story is pretty good so far and yes I did love the episode and the character Annie, and I'm glad to see another story on how Annie is rescued.

As far as what could be changed here is a couple of suggestions: 1. Make your paragraphs shorter and 2. Make a new paragraph when someone else is talking, that way the readers are not confused on who is speaking or their thoughts.

Other than that, I think the story is pretty good, a little fast with Batman/Bruce Wayne realizing his mistake with Tim, that should of dragged on a little longer and have a good progression on it. But pretty much with Tim's feelings and reaction is spot on, especially with some trying to deal with someone he lost.

I hope you continue the story soon, hate to see it left unfinished...

The premise is good so far but there are some things that could be improved (like replacing "he's" with "his). I'd also change the stucture of the dialogue to make it more readable by seperating the lines and also make the chapter a bit longer.
That being said, this isn't bad for a first story. And having watched the episode, I think Tim's reactions are plausible.
