That was so cute! I'm really impressed by how you thought about the timeline. I have to wonder, though, which house Gil is in. I loved seeing their relationship grow over time. I think Harry Potter and hetalia are well suited for crossover, too, because of the corresponding times and because hetalia is about the characters and Harry Potter is about the world. :)

Oh my God, wow. Every time I read another of your fics, I'm completely amazed and pleasantly surprised (though I know I shouldn't be) at how much I enjoyed it. You're such a wonderfully talented author, and you've no idea how excited I was to see you'd made a crossover for these two fandoms! I would love to play in this sandbox some day as well (lol yes, I did read to the end of your AN).

I love seeing Mattie and Gil growing closer as the years went by, and it made me feel all melancholic, seeing them start to grow up, seeing mentions of both wars. I can imagine how hard it must have been for them both, and the entire time I was praying that nothing would happen to either of them.

You wouldn't believe the happiness I felt when they finally found out Dumbledore had won. Even though I knew it was coming, I was still anxious XD And of course the moment they kissed was perfection. I would just love to read more of this verse!

That's not everything I loved about this fic (I could go on for pages), but I think I'm rambling now and should probably stop XD

Agh, my all-time childhood love and one of my favorite couples, tied together with interlaced histories of both series and over all lovely interaction between the two worlds. As always, your writing is positively beautiful and story line intriguing. Development of their personalities through the years was sublime! I love seeing them grow up. The way they change is just to enchanting to watch.
I feel obligated to mention that I'm elated you posted this when you did. My mood was taking a very negative turn but your story has perked me up quite a bit! AUs excite me. Hehheh.
