First off, Lode stones. Brilliant! Only someone as aware as Nami is about weather and navigation would think of something so smart (but even think up the concept as a writer- even more so!)

Well a few questions have been answered from the previous chapter, like where the other Strawhats are. Luffy is still Luffy, no matter where he is- hungry, destructive, and yet lovable. I adore that man-child. But now the question is, why isn't Nami traveling with the Strawhats? Hmmmmm a mystery.

I am definitely intrigued by this world (and great job with the art work for the story. It's yours, right?). I will have to keep my eyes open for updates. I'll be keeping an eye on Epoch Dawn, but dark stories are hard for me to read emotionally.

The way you set up the setting is beautiful. Alburna isn't an unknown city to people who follow One Piece, but at the same time, you've seemed to give it another level with your writing. The idea of how this bazaar is set up really sets a mood of adventure and a mystery. I even like how you actually called it Sandy Island, since, well, that's the island's name and not Alabasta, which is the kingdom. Let's the reader know you are paying attention to the details, even when others may now.

Nami seems to be all alone at this point and it makes me interested to find out if the other Strawhats are just as independent in this version of the world or if their still as tight knit as they are in Oda's version. Definitely making it your own story, which is always fun to read.

This is surprisingly under reviewed for how good the plot line is so far. People. Sometimes... -sigh- Not like I'm any better at logging in to review all the time. But still. Anyways this is definitely a good set up to a interesting story and I'm excited to see where it goes.

Its a pity we'll have to wait, but I should have been paying better attention to your page if I wanted to get my vote in. Oh well.

Ace. It was Ace. I had to reread that first bit, go back to the first chapter and reread the last few lines, before I could finish this. I never considered that it would be Ace but I am super happy that it was! You said you hoped you could continue to surprise me? Well consider that accomplished!

Also Omg Poor Nami! Luffy is just always destroying her kitchen! He did it in my fic and now again in yours. As someone whose kitchen currently looks like Luffy was let loose it in I feel for her so much on that one.

Overall I really like this chapter and the little bits of how you are changing the word to make it our own are very interesting and I am excited to see what else you have in store for us.

ACE! OMG ACE! That alone has me in love with the chapter, but really the whole thing was great, and I love how you created the magnetic fields and 'logstone' to fit into the world you're creating- really genius.

It's quite amazing what you did with the Grand Line so far. And the idea with the log pose... is genius! The way you describe scenes is simply beautiful and makes reading so much more fun!

I'm so happy that it was Ace! Though I don't like the fact that he needs to find someone again... Doesn't bring back the best memories... :/

So yeah, I'm still curious how the rest of the Straw Hats will fit in and what Law's big role going to be. And of course what the story behind this book is after all. Sounds like a job for Robin though! :D

Yay! I finally got a chance to read this and yes, I am as excited as ever for this. Very well described scene with the bazaar and shops. I could practically feel the heat beating down on Nami, too. I very much look forward to the next chapter. XD

Also, omg, Steampunk-esque One Piece is perfect. I can see how Nami outfit in the new color spread and Sabo and Koala's fit with this lol. Sabo and his goggle thing in particular.

I am really looking forward to reading this one, it's going to be fantastic and I have a feeling it is going to be one that always surprises me. This is beautiful :D

I got so many questions now... Like what the hell is with the book? Who's on the ship (well, there could be 3 guys I can think of. Luffy, Law and Ace. And I can live with all of them :D)? What's going to happen next? And what will be the main plot? How will the rest of the Straw Hats fit into the picture? ...

BUT I know I have to wait until everything will be revealed when it's time. I know, I know... I'm so impatient it's ridiculous.

Well, this fic has so much potential. I love it. There's nothing better than reading a Nami fic in which she can handle her self and is totally badass. Like when she threatened the shop owner. I just can see how she loves to make people squirm and do as she says. That's why she's my all time favorite character.

So, I should stop my awkard rambling. I guess it's obvious that you caught my interest! I'm really looking forward to the next chapters! :3 Well, really any update from you because you're that good. hahaha
