The dream proposal on the roof, on New Year's Eve and with the routine is such a stroke of genius, and it honestly rivals the canon proposal. I particularly loved Chandler's speech about a real wedding, very very sweet.
I love that although they're canon, we're still disappointed when he wakes up, but then it's fantastic and so natural that the idea of marriage makes it its way in his mind thanks to the dream.
One of the best chapters in this wonderful tradition, we are blessed. Thank you!

This went in so many directions I didn't expect! I don't know why but in all these years, I've never once imagined Chandler and Monica actually getting married in Vegas (most likely because of how the episode actually ended) but I loved that twist! Plus the whole thing on the roof with Chandler learning the routine-I really never saw that one coming. I had no idea until the end if this was going to be like the previous chapters of if this was going to be a new direction but I enjoyed every moment of it.

This chapter was so lovely and absolutely entertaining to read. I’ve already said this, but you write Chandler and Monica in an exquisite way, you feel them soooo perfectly.
And I agree with other reviews, this fiction is a specific New Year’s Eve tradition.

I’m basically one year too late, but only now saw that I missed out on your previous chapter. I just caught up and wanted to say that I love how reading these has become almost like a New Year’s tradition. And this time the plot felt so real that I almost believed it if it wasn’t for the set-up of this story. Thanks for continuing this, I promise I’ll be quicker with the next chapter. HNY!

This was such a great story, HOW did I miss this! I have to read the other chapters ASAP. I was so surprised that this turned out to be a dream, it felt so real and you caught me by surprise.
Great callback to the routine and a memorable New Years Eve episode. Season 6 Chandler is growing up of course he's thinking of proposing, such a cute story to show their growing relationship.

You painted a believable picture of how their life could have been if they had married in Vegas, how disappointed they and all their friends and family would have been. Love the details like not even being able to look at the 'wedding' photo. Loved Chandler's resolution and how everyone helped. It was amazing him learning the routine for her. Loved them being on the bloopers reel too - that really made me laugh. Thanks so much for writing and posting this up :o)

What a great chapter. I love that you write it in such a way that even though I know how it will end, I am swept up totally in the moment. I feel all the feels in all the crucial parts of the rooftop celebration.

I love all the canon moments that are included, and bringing the routine back once more is such a stroke of comedic genius.

As with all of these chapters, you do such a great job at heightening the anticipation with a well placed countdown and that is a trick that does not get old.

You got me again! Even though I read this entire thing, I still fall for it every time. I really thought it was happening and then that crazy magical moment where he sees all those past dreams and then he wakes up and what the hell!

I really love these sort of fading dreams of new year's. Like something deep in the back of their minds hooked onto the attraction even if they don't know it. So well written too.

Awww this was so great. I loved her dream, loved the emotions and regret of what could have been and their courage to go for it. Loved the little differences which led to their relationship not starting.
