Love the hurt/comfort in this one, as well as the dry humor when the story was narrated from Dean's perspective. I also have a healthy amount of appreciation for your ability to shift the focus from brother to brother without it reading as awkward or having to use headings that say: SAM'S/DEAN'S POV (pet peeve alert, haw haw). Well done, sista!
