I want to thank you so much for this story. I have read hundreds of these "read the books" type stories and this is probably the best one I've ever seen. In terms of both detailed descriptions and shear EFFORT put into this story. Even if you never write another word, I will forever be in awe of how much effort you have put into this story, as well as how intricately you craft the details so that the reader isn't required to have the book right next to them to understand what the characters are reading. I can't help but say it again. I'm in awe of you.

I will admit to very much looking forward to the bits where they start reading about future events, because the character dynamics you have created are fantastic, and this fic is certainly a credit to its genre, but I don't want to pressure you if your muse has abandoned this particular project. So, please just know this: I absolutely adore this fic, and if you ever decide to come back to it, I will be one of the first in line eagerly awaiting an update.

I'm starting to ship Harry and Charlie and Harry and Luna. Plus Hermione and Fred.

I honestly would see Harry and Draco as a better couple then Harry and Ginny.. not that I don't like Hinny but it was kinda.. rushed I guess? I mean she went from being a fangirl for years and then in order of the phoenix and half blood prince, she dated Michael and Dean just to make Harry jealous which was wrong because by doing so then she also hurt them. But there was barely any action with them. And Harry and Draco had alllllotttt of sexual tension. Plus Draco was always where Harry is which was kinda stalkerish and he was always trying to pick a fight with him.

It would be easer to fallow if you put in the text from the book.

I appreciate how much work you’ve put into this fanfic, and how you clearly know a lot about the books. However, It’s honestly really irritating how much the characters attack every little thing the people in the books do. A lot of the characters are far more rude in this fanfic than they are in real life. They also seem to hit, smack, and pinch each other to the point where it bothers me. Also, Sirius seems to be more physically abusive than Vernon. You should never spank a kid that age, especially for something he did several years ago when he didn’t even have a parental figure in his life. Makes no sense. Also, Harry isn’t in character. I think he’s too giggly and he “teases” too much, makes him sound like a 10 year old. And then he gets super pissed off at random things, but doesn’t get angry when he should. For example, having the entire room talk about the potential sexual assault Lockhart did on Harry, which never actually happened by the way, should have made him furious.

Ok so I really like the way you formatted this and how you kept a lot of the characters in character. However, why do all the characters keep hitting and spanking each other? I swear every other line is a character hitting Harry on the head. Its pretty hypocritical for Sirius to complain about uncle Vernon and then proceed to “teasingly” smack Harry on the back of the head. Also the spanking is really ridiculous because these kids are 15 and at that age that’s just humiliating...

Please delete that ludicrous disclaimer about not supporting child abuse. No other word can describe that disgusting scene at the end of this chapter. Spanking a boy that old (especially on the bare bottom) is degrading enough, but for something that happened years ago and where Ron's fault was insignificant? This is textbook abuse and the approving tone with which it's greeted couldn't be clearer enough.
