This was...curious. I'm not quite sure what to make of it as it seems we are jumping to a world that I know nothing about. Is this 2P? Or are they just psychopaths? I'm not sure.

Overall, though, this is a very solid story and I think you captured France very well with how he doesn't like flying commercial, doesn't want to put his luggage down or even consider socks.

However! More background for this whole murder thing would be really great - at the very least some sort of explanation of why Canada was killing someone.

If you do decide to return to this, I'll be waiting for it!
