I think I reread this about once or twice a year, and it never fails to captivate me. It is my all-time favorite fanfiction. The relationship and the dynamic you have built for Zoro and Sanji and how they interact with everyone is simply perfect. As much as I would love to see a conclusion, I will also forever be happy with what has been written. See you again in another year for another reread I'm sure

I about died laughing my ass off while trying to not choke of my dinner. I'm loving this story!

This story is truly wonderful. I haven't read it for a couple of years but it's just as amazing as I remember. I love the way that you write the relationship between the two, it's so realistic. The way that you show them slowly falling in love and then knowing each other is downright masterful. one of my other favorite things is how you show them slowly getting a better grasp on each other's languages, it feels so genuine. You created two different cultures that value different things and have different beliefs and you show the exchange between them and the push and pull of them learning each other's lives and experiences so wonderful.

It's been two years since the last update so I don't really think there will be a resolution, but I just wanted to tell you that this is one of my favorite One Piece stories I have ever read.

Also, at the point that it leaves off the only guess that I can make to the culprit would maybe be Caesar? But I don't even know if he was introduced in 2017 lol.

Amazing story! You had me hooked from beginning to end, and I loved every part of it!
And the suspense! I study microbiology, and I was so excited for what the problem with the crops would be. I was hoping for something biological, since I study it, but you took the biology into account, and that is enough for meIn general, your writing is so smart! I love the way you incorporate culture, language learning and crop diseases with suspense, goofiness and romance. You write fantastically! But there are a lot of loose ends right now, so please don't let this be the end.

Also, reeeeeeally want Zeff and Zoro to work together on getting Sanji that dragon scale armour! So freaking cool! Like I can imagine Zoro trying to secretly organise it behind Sanji's back and Zeff ruin the surprise...or let him has his moment. Either way would be fun!

Oh thank god! I searced for years now to find this fanfiction again. I am so happy I could actually cry! The first time I read it was maybe three years ago and I instantly fell in Love with it. Your writing style (do people say that in Englisch? Oo) is easy to read even for someone whose native language is freaking german. I really like the differences between the two countries, especially the different culture and how they keep on misunderstanding each other because of said differences it is so accurate even for our own world. And how you discribe the way from getting to know, to understand and than to really know each other is so romantic that I don't even have words for it (well I do have a verry small vocabular so sorry for that). It is so much fun to read.

I read it again, just love it! All your other storys asr awesome as well. I can't wait for more!

Hello! This story is incredibly written. It’s very easily become one of my top favorite fanfics that I’ve ever read. I admire your skills at world building. I’ve never read something that’s managed to create and combine different cultures like this! I really do hope you continue this story when you can. I’ll look forward to one day reading more!

First of, thank you, everything about this fic has been great and while I am wishing for it to continue I do understand that time and creativity and such don't play by any rules, so I'm happy and greatful with what I got to enjoy up until this point.
Furthermore, I love your writing style, I recently started myself and am considering to adapt to the way you write, it is very engaging and feels just right.
Personally I am very taken by the story line as well, my husband and I are an intercultural couple and we have faced quite similar experiences, the clash of east and west, and then transforming the relationship around this together, I am truly fond to be able to relate to the protagonists here, you rarely find people who get exposed to multiple culture on such an intimate level.
The linguistic feats were great as well and did not go unnoticed.
