This is a lovely piece about their togetherness. Wouldn't mind a glimpse into that "relentless pursuit of pleasure", but a very sweet morning after.

In seriousness, though, this is a lovely little piece. Even if it reminds me of how I spent half of my most recent day off slinging firewood into the cellar... on the other hand, thoughts of hot t-shirt Walt wielding an axe can never be a bad thing. ;D

There's a sense of warmth portrayed here, coziness and comfort, and a quiet sensuality that is very satisfying. It's nice to envision a future like this for Walt and Vic, and I really enjoyed how you drew the picture. Thanks for sharing it!

I love one-shots and this one is so good. I like reading about their lives after getting together. I liked her describing Walt as she could hear him bringing in the wood and stoking the fire and then how she curled up with his pillow, feeling like a cat and then when he thanks her and they say, I love you. Wait, I think that just about covers the whole one-shot. Well, I did say that I really liked this. LOL

This is a lovely glimpse of what could be in the future. If only the writers of the show would cooperate.
