Your background for Farren really isn't good. There's no strong reason at all why she should join Thorin's company, or why she should even feel any obligation to try to reclaim Erebor from Smaug. She was hunted by Dwarves her whole life, and apparently didn't even really suffer much. The Dwarves blaming fire elementals is weak, as is the background for her race. The comments you wrote in brackets while writing about how people usually think her people are small humans or elves are stupid, and you should get rid of them. The amount of dramatic sarcasm in there is a huge turnoff. You could have written a much better back story for her. A bad start like this just foreshadows a terrible story to come, and doesn't inspire further perusal.

I'm glad farren came to the rescue. Thorin almost lost his senses. I like the part where dwalin and fili shut kili's mouth, almost about to interrupt thorin and farren's moment. I can wait to see thorins coronation. Can't wait to read more. Please update soon! :)
