This is a super cool idea... I mean seriously great. It's unusual to see fics written like newspaper pieces, perhaps because it's not exactly easy to do it well, but you pulled it off. It would be nice to see a series of fics following this story. How would Voldemort be defeated? Would he be? There seems to be hope here... Anyway. Keep writing, really well done.

This is an interesting intro, although it doesn't give much clue as to where the story will go from here. I assume the main characters the fic will be focused on are the ones reported to have been taken in by other countries?

Grammar things: [Potters'] should be Potter's. Putting the apostrophe after the S makes a possessive plural. Other than that, your spelling and grammar were fine.

This is shaping up to be a very exciting story already. I love the 'newspaper' format - a good way to get a lot of exciting information out quickly and to set the scene for the entire fic. You set up Harry's death, the other casualties of the war, Neville, Ron and Luna's whereabouts and then the illusive Hermione (which adds the suspense because where was she this entire time while the other muggle-borns were captured and had their wands broken?)
The first sentence of the second paragraph I think is missing a comma or something, but I still got through it.
