As much as I love and admire Hermione's character I think she is a bit too much of a badass in this fic. Positively Mary-Sue really and that's never a good thing especially with someone who is as strong as Hermione. She is smart but not all knowing, has fortitude but can show weakness, can handle people but not everyone with the ease that was shown here.
Should you ever want to rework this you could review the reliability of her character and adjust the storyline to be more in line with canon events of the series; no one sees Metatron as anything but the big asshole he is.
But in all I commend your efforts and compel you to keep at your craft.
