Wow, this is one of my fav AU stories to date. I also love your portrayal of each character, you manage to have the classic ones feel differed yet no too OOC, whereas your OCs are really good and fill the gaps nicely. I hope you continue.

is sokka's Machete made from meteor iron or Meteor steel that crashed in the south pole.( refined Meteor iron with no slag hardened with carbon.) if it were made from meteor steel it could be harden by banyon tree ash and have a handle made from northern Whale bone and quenched in southern spirit. this would connect the blade to all three tribes and i feel wood ash would make it immune to metal bending because there would be no earth within the blade. does the blade have an inscription or inlay.

sorry it took so long for me to finish reading this i have been working on my Gunpla ( gundam plastic models) for the past few days and working on reading Project nemissis a kiju novel. I normaly try to read updates as soon as they are posted. keep up the good work i cant wait for more.

I'm a bit miffed that you left Katara completely out of this chapter, still I think you'll have thought about story composition ... are we going to see one chapter Katara, one chapter Sokka henceforth?
