Once again your characterisations just blow me away. (I'd still like to ignore those... 'aggressive moments' Jason had, but you manage to include them so well, I can't even be mad about it.)
As for Alfred's past - I never even heard about it before this. While I'm annoyed that apparently once again a character died and came back, no problem, I still love how you wrote about it and the connection it gave those two.

This is fascinating, especially since I never knew this happened before I read this fic. Part of me wants to go reread Under the Red Hood now. Except I have a final tomorrow. Over break, then. I always love Alfred and Jason fics, because I can believe that somehow, even after everything he does to Bruce and Tim and everyone, he and Alfred do still have a good relationship. One fic where Jason meets Alfred for breakfast every Father's Day jumps to mind. Anyway, I loved it and it made me smile. Thanks!
