You are a wonderful writer and I love the plot of the story. I guess my only complaint is that I am having trouble following the story with all the scene breaks. You might want to have someone read over the story for plot points before posting. Overwise, love the story.

Interesting chapter, but I would seriously suggest that you avoid completely unnecessary things such as writing dialogue in romaji. It is very jarring and not even particularly accurate. It just comes off as obnoxious.

I think chibi Naruto would be adorable as a girl. But I can't image everyone else's reactions about it. It would be interesting.

Crossdress? Why not henge? Or make this story into the ultimate genderstansformation story with step by step on how naruto turn into a real woman.
Start with crossdress(pre-academy), henge(academy), seal henge(meeting jiraiya), hormone treatment(tsunade meeting), gender change jutsu(after sasuke defect)
Then how the now SHE deal with woman problem from monthly problem, hormone, emotion to third base...
That will include pregnancy but include unwanted pregnancy, miscarried and finding a true love with marriage and a/multiple baby...
