Anj chapter 1 . 3/18/2018 Ahhh, the feels. Shizume forever for me. |
Hoshi chapter 1 . 3/23/2016 Ahh, I'm a bit confused... Is this a one-shot? It feels like so, but there's no 'Completed' at the end of the fic info section? But pushing that aside, this piece was astounding! I love how Shishio first compared everything to her, which is understandable. It was disappointing how the manga never really portrayed his take on the whole situation. |
failings chapter 1 . 1/20/2016 I really enjoyed this piece, I think it really demonstrated a stronger sense of closure than the conclusion of HNR. It really reminded me of how much I wanted them to be together and every word perfectly suited the atmosphere of longing over time, especially the mention of the cherry blossoms (the shoujo cliche). Thank you very much for writing this piece. :) |
videogamenerd101 chapter 1 . 1/27/2015 wow, this was a really pretty one-shot. you captured shishio's emotions and feelings really well, and the ambiguity you left at the end was really clever. my only suggestion is that you make the writing not seem so rushed because the moments were flying by a bit too quickly for me. otherwise, a great fic. nice job! |
JustFabulous chapter 1 . 12/27/2014 That was really, really good. I loved it. |
Guest chapter 1 . 12/20/2014 That was beautiful! Ah, it feels nostalgic with a wistful notion attached to it. Maybe in another lifetime, perhaps he and Suzume would be together. :) I really liked how you compared the memory like a watercolor. It's amazing. -Reminiscent Kitkat |
UnderneathXtheXunderneath chapter 1 . 12/20/2014 Bittersweet. I like the watercolor reference. Thanks for sharing! |
Suilen chapter 1 . 12/5/2014 It was beautiful. Seriously I'm a Mazume shipper and I just found this really beautiful and heart breaking. |
writtenby chapter 1 . 12/4/2014 I found a Shizume! I've always supported this ship endlessly, and was very, very heartbroken when she ended up with Mamura. Although, as a lot of Shizume fics are (not that there are a lot to begin with but - ), it ends in sadness on the ship's part, and some reluctant happiness on the peoples' parts. That's good though. It fits Shizume. The last line is just a tiny bit cheesy, but altogether the writing fits well as a whole and wow, folding it into a star, that's just perfect, what with the "Daytime Shooting Star" thing. -writtenby |
