I really the concept of this story. You made it work well with the Buffyverse. It's funny a few weeks ago I heard the song "A Thousand Years" when I decided to look up a Spuffy MV on Youtube. I've never really done that for that couple, so I just wanted to check it out. It's such a beautiful song.

I really enjoyed all the dreams. I love history so I thought it was awesome that you showcased Buffy and Spike across time and different situations.

I really love how you tackled so many of the character flaws and you made them grow.

Up until a few chapters ago, I was suspecting Angel would be the Watcher hehe. It was brilliant that it was Travers. I didn't see that coming.

I just have to stop and review because I absolutely loved Buffy's thoughts on what Spike revealed to her regarding his turning. I've never seen anyone write such a well written but succinct explanation of why Spike's honesty is attractive and how self loathing should be directed at actions, not yourself. It's applies to everyone and it was just so wonderfully phrased. I give you so much praise for it!

I loved loved loved this fic! Especially the continuity with naming the Slayer! But I was a little confused when Buffy mentioned eternal youth- does she have that now?
