I see more Ivan/yao and Gilbert/Ludwig than Ivan/Gilbert, they just don't seen to spend time together to form an actual bond in later chapters; Lud has more interaction scenes with Gilbert than Ivan, it's a waste of their sweet and fun childhood friendship, they are not even friends according the cold and disregarding ways Ivan treated Gilbert; more like an annoy stalker...kinda sad and strange how they just lost their friendshp like that and will be weirder if Ivan suddently found love and care for Gil again and get together with him when he never cared for him in years...

I am not a writer so my opinion may be not good but if you feel I am wrong, please correct me.
Ivan and Alfred’s reaction after the second attack are not very nice, yet it can be partly justified.
First, Ivan and Yao had a quite forced relationship. I hardly feel anything more than lust in Ivan. He constantly required sex from Yao while Yao refused it weakly for vague reasons such as destiny, age gap and class difference, but it is hard to understand why Yao, as a long time servant in royal family, will think that Arthur and Francis may put Ivan’s happiness under class difference. It seems not a big trouble for Alfred later because the ball to find a partner for the Crown prince clearly allows people from any class. Ivan acted like a teenager ravaged with hormone. God bless me! If I was Yao, I would definitely run away from anyone corners me when I repeatedly deny his affection (I am being crazy here it is Ivan whom we are talking about. I love him a lot but aww this was lust, lust not love)

He doesn’t have right to shout at Kiku, except he is a prince and spoiled royal members always kick my nerves. I am still furious when typing this comment. A privilege of protagonist is acting as if he is the only victim and the center of the universe. This kind of privilege can only be controlled by a writer. Balancing character’s actions is difficult in multi-character story, I understand that, but if you can improve that, the story will create a stronger impression in readers (or at least in me).

Those long babbling above is my angry talking but please know that I also feel sad in certain scenes. For example, when Ivan kissed Yao the last time. Poor baby, he must feel devastated and heart-broken. He was young and his first bloom of love was cruelly crushed. This will be scar for life. And Alfred, when he cried in his bed and said:
“We were born together, we were brothers so we should die together!” this line stabs my heart. It is so sad.

One more thing, Gilbert sucks at comforting people. People don’t move on a week after the death of someone important to them. Hearts may need time to heal. From my perspectives, Gilbert more like stab a fresh wound rather than help Ivan overcome his grief. Good intention, poor action. Gilbert is affected by his prophetic dreams. We know that every time a character tries to change destiny, they often accidentally make it come true. Where will this story go now?

Oh yes, the parallel perceptions thing fascinates me. It is a bit confused at first but when Gilbert and Natalia have the same thought, I think you write beautiful.
