So far, I like where this is going. And it's nice that you've gone with an OC instead of using a main character from either show, it makes for a refreshing change of pace. I'm really looking forward to reading more of this in the future.

YEEEAAH! YOU'RE BACK! And so the sharingan is revealed. I really feel the need to urge you to connect the two worlds reeeaaally carefully. We wouldn't want cheap over-used excuses now, would we?

Don't you think it's kinda strange that Farenganar can just pull out a book and find out about Sharingan, and also find out that is so powerful?
You said it your self it is an very ancient history, so what gives?

It would be much better if Markus himself found out what those eyes of his are, by entering some ancient long buried tomb that dates from the Shinobi period, and read about it from some long forgotten stone tablet that only one with the Sharingan can read and decrypt, like the Uchiha sacred table, but on a weaker scale.

Also, how come Markus had awakened the 3 tomoe sharingan straight away? When one awakes the Sharingan for the 1st time, it is usually 2 tomoe in 1 eye and 1 tomoe in other eye. We saw that the Sharingan awoke like this on both Sasuke and Obito. Even Madara him self did not have 3 tomoe sharingan right of the bat.

This story does sound nice and does have potential, but if Shinobi period happened long before Meretic era and even longer before the actual story line of Skyrim, you should not make it so that information about Shinobi period jutsus or "magic" are so easily discoverable. I say this, because there is a considerable time gap in between, and even the early parts of Meretic Era are unknown to Imperial scholars and mages.
Meretic Era it self was about 4000 years long, and the end of this era was some 3000 years before the actual events of Skyrim. So if Shinobi era was even before the Meretic Era, that would mean 8000 years before the events of Skyrim.
Information or data about the Shinobi era, and everything that goes with it, would have to be extremely scarce and rare, not exactly something you can pull out of a book in a random mages college or library, won't you agree?

Anyway, keep on this story, as I said, it has potential.

ALRIGHT! I dare say that this has a lot of qualities to become a GOOD fanfiction BECAUSE:
main character is NOT the Dragonborn, which means that we won't have to go throught the same quest AGAIN and instead we will have a unique adventure in the vast world of the Elder Scrolls (or just Skyrim) through the eyes and abilities of an UCHIHA.
other stories, his emotional torment is actually a really convincing ordeal and not just a poor excuse to have a Sharingan.
won't be having Naruto characters jumping out of nowhere and show-off all across Tamriel (...I assume they're kinda dead...) unless it is completely nessesary.
So, lastly... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
