Just finished watching the show this is loosely based on and I must admit to being a huge otaku. You've got yourself a loyal reader here and I can't wait what the next chapter will bring. Judging from the special "seal" placed on the locker, you'll be taking things from other anime/manga for your story. If the last was any indication to some Naruto influence, plus more to come from other sources, I can't wait. Keep up the great work.

Uhm, quite a weird premise for a fanfiction. But it's rather well written and original, so I'll be following this for a while and see where you go with it. There's so few fanfiction about Love Hina, and most are abandoned or written poorly. I hope you will stick with this, I'm intrigued.

One thing that does feel a bit out of place though is this bit: "I don't want you to feel that you have nothing left, if you do some work around the inn I'll pay you"
Technically, he's her family and I suppose her heir. Generally people do not have to work in order to stay with their relatives, especially if they do not have a work, and Keitaro here in particular has every reason not to have one. It would have flowed better if you just said: Keitaro, you should do some work for me at the inn, to readjust to normal life AND to learn how to manage it for when the time comes you inherit it.

A quick question, so I suppose there will be no Kanako in this fanfiction?

It appears that you're totally disregarding the main schtick of the Love Hina series. This is a very good thing; the abuse Keitaro went through in the series wasn't funny in canon and isn't funny in fanfiction.

You've also clearly made some drastic improvements to Naru, Motoko, and Su's characters which is very commendable. Though, if Kitsune is going to be just as loathsome here as she was in canon like you're letting on, I expect to see some karmic retribution inflicted on her the instant she tries anything.

This is a good start. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
