I can’t wait until Asgeir kills Hans. Many great Assassins have beaten the odds before. Altair beat Abbas and his rogue order, Ezio defeated Rodrigo and Cesare and Italy prospered, Shao Jun freed China, Connor rebuild the Colonial brotherhood and Jacob and Evie freed London from Crawford Starrick and Asgeir will do the same with Arendelle.

Still waiting on this last update you mentioned on Dec 18th not to mention the sequel story.

You were right I do like the broken chain brothers. Troy being the older sibling shows that he’d do anything to for Rabbit even take beatings from slave masters to protect him but due to those harsh experinces its no surprise he’s the more aggressive one.

Rabbit being the younger one that was sheltered from violence as much at a young age it makes sense he’s more lighthearted and chatty for that reason its no surprise that he likes Anna and is a smartass those one-liners he and Troy shot to Hans were gold.

Hans has already tightened his dominion on Arendelle and already painted the Assassins in a bad light by setting them up this will no doubt make some people side with him especially if he can sell the lie.

In many ways Hans is a dark refelction of Asgeir while Hans was denied royalty and sought to claim it through murdering Elsa and Anna. Asgeir himself was denied royal status but he was okay with it and instead found his calling with the Assassins and while he too has killed he did so to protect Elsa and Anna and other innocent people from power-hungry scum like Hans. I cannot wait to read the sequel it will be satisfying to see as Asgeir said ‘Shove his blade down Hans’ throat.’ once he saves the broken chain brothers from their prison.

Hey long time wow this was so awesome! So Ingrid is finally dead and Asgeir finally took his place as leader of the Assassins I’m glad that you killed Zelena in this story after what she did to Marian and Robin and Regina why they kept her around is beyond me. I found this story a year ago and was immedietly engrossed in as it combined three of my favorite things Assassins Creed, Frozen and OUAT and its been an honor to follow and read this story to the end.

Magnificent.

The aftermath was well handled the funeral of Jason and the other Assassins who fell in the fight against Ingrid to Asgeir grieving his closest brother shows great development of how he accepted that death for an Assassin comes with the job of fighting templars and keeping others safe and how much he has changed for the better of the course of this story.

Anna drinking beer was cute, guess she’ll stick to cocoa now.

Nice in dealing with Zelena there were a lot of people who deserve second chances but she was not one of them and she should have bit it long ago. Also it was great to see Asgeir make peace with Regina if he can forgive Regina maybe one day he can forgive Ingrid ironic giving the evil queen a chance at a happy ending after killing her sister especially after all Regina did trying to kill him.

Asgeir stepping up as mentor not only inducting new members but having the wisdom and experience to resolve conflicts without being aggressive or hostile making his peace with Grumpy is a key stepping stone in that.

Nice to see Red joining the brotherhood with Asgeir as her mentor she’ll be a master assassin in no time and given Jason is gone Asgeir will need a right hand to trust and no one better than Red. Also glad Cindy gave that talk about second chances to Asgeir if anyone would know about second chances she would.

It was also a good development in character for understanding why Marc betrayed them after what Asgeir did in Elsa and Anna’s name he too knows how far one goes when family is at stake.

Finally Rumple glad you left the door open for him and Asgeir to face each other again glad Asgeir let him live if only so he would not become the next dark one but it shows Asgeir’s maturity he achieved his goals got his sisters back and ended his enemies but Rumple for now at least has lost everything so letting Rumple stew in his loss and failure seems more appropriate.

Again magnificently done I cannot wait to see the epilogue Troy and Rabbit seem like such funny characters I can’t wait to see them trash talk Hans and his brothers.

After so many years, it's over. It is done at last.

That emptiness inside feels terrible and bottomless. Guilt, regret and pain. But it is also a good thing, for it would not bother you so much if you did not care. It is proof that you are still human. That is why the Assassins must never forget this feeling, whether you feel triumph or emptiness. Either way, it is a final reminder of the hard journey that MUST be traveled. As you journey on, he who increaseth knowledge increasth sorrow. "Duty is as heavy as a mountain, death is as light as a feather." This feeling is the reminder that it is a never-ending battle. Templars or not, the people must always be protected and the wicked must be vanquished.

And look at what you accomplish along the way! Even if it IS a never-ending battle, every life you save matters. Look at each member of Storybrooke. Emma, Henry, Snow, David, Regina, Belle, Ruby, Hook, Robin, the dwarves and so many others! Friends and families, parents and children. Each of these people we know and love can go on with their lives... because you saved them, Asgeir. That is what matters, and that is why the Assassins fight. Not for yourself, but for the good of all. What you do MATTERS.

And now, the battle carries on. In Arendelle. It is time to save your home.

I liked how you included Red and Cindy being involved when having the shattred sight affecting Storybrooke.

I also loved how you included the key points in the lives of Altair, Ezio, Edward and Connor. Hopefully Asgeir learned what he needed.

Finally Ingrid it wasn't what I expected but it seemed fitting Asgeir would deal with killing her as an act of mercy and not out of revenge. Now thatmission to end Ingrid is done all he needs now is to make peace with himself for what he did and hopefully he can move forward.

Anyways great job and hope to see another update soon this seems to be the homestretch for sequence three so it seems that Asgeir, Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and the Arendelle Assassins have to
'find' the portal to Arendelle so they can reclaim it from Hans who I'm pretty sure wants Asgeir dead for scarring his face while he was frozen by Ingrid.

I re-read the story all the way from chapter 1; and every time I read it the story just gets so much better, little bits I missed become cleaerer in the bigger picture. I never thought Asgeir was related to Shay whatsoever. But the way you wrote it and revealed it, it actually made sense. A very nice build up!

The same with Jason and his death, Normally other writers just ax the character and thats it, no explaining, nothing. But instead of doing that, you built it up so nicely that we really liked the guy a lot. And he went down fighting, which honestly, Im proud of him! He managed to injure Ingrid but not kill her. So he passes with a smile and good heart. He did what he was supposed to.

I for one am very excited to see the battle between Ingrid and Asgeir! Its wonderful to see you still writing!

This may just be because of the long time span between updates, but what happened to Robin? It’s been a long time since he and the Merry Men have even mentioned. Don’t forget, he’s not dead at this point in the show.

Where to start where to start, Jason upset as I am that he died he did so making a last stand against Ingrid like any good soldier he went down fighting. And despite the revelation of who Asgeir is his faith in Asgeir and his faith to stand by him regardless of his heritage helped inspire the rest of the assassins to do the same.

Asgeir coming to terms with being Shay's decendant in a lot of ways echos what Elsa and Emma went through in season four they embraced who they were with their magic instead of living in fear of it and Asgeir not only embracing that he is of Shay's bloodline but also accepting his mistakes and his willingness to make up for them prove that he's not as an irredeemable monster as he believed.

Favourite scene finally came the Arendelle siblings together again! Asgeir now has more of a reason to take down Ingrid not for revenge but for another chance to protect his sisters when he failed the first time poor Anna for all her optimism I worry what will happen when she learns about what Asgeir did in the thirty years she was a popsicle especially brutally killing a family incliding two young girls.

The 'elsewhere' ending so is this an alternate reality where Asgeir succumbed to his dark impulses and became a bloodthirsty murderer or something else?

Few other things the assassin armor and Hades reference does this mean Asgeir joins the storybrooke gang to the underworld? He would certainly be given a warm welcome by the souls trapped there. Also hope you show how Anna and Kristoff got to Storybrooke I'm sure their encounter with Hans and his brothers played out differently since Troy and Rabbit were with them when it happened.

Really like how you did that ending that was as much a shock as Jon Snow's reveal of being a Targaryan.

Awesome chapters; although, I am disappointed that you still haven't gotten to the big showdown between Asgeir and Ingrid yet. Also, I have to say I honestly saw the whole "Shay being Asgeir's ancestor thing" coming a long time ago. Don't get me wrong, that was awesome the way you revealed it, but between the way Asgeir was so skilled with the air rifle and how often he expressed his hatred for Shay, it was pretty obvious; not to mention going out of your way to go into great detail about Shay's past.

But like I said, it was awesome! And the way you included Connor and the scythe? Brilliant!

Also, do you have anything in mind for including Origins in this? If not and if you're interested, I have one or two suggestions. Anyway, can't wait for the next update!

First things first wow you really upped the content on this story. Asgeir's loosing Ruthe is what drove him to exact his revenge on Maloy and his family as being the reason of his merciless brutality in the present day.

Jason why why did you kill him, he was not only Asgeir's oldest comrade and the only one in the brotherhood who still believed in him he was the one who was friends with Elsa and Anna, Asgeir is going to make Ingrid suffer for this too. So Ingrid's curse made Asgeir indestructible to everything except her so her magic can hurt him and given her assault I wonder who of the assassins survived Ingrid's massacre.

Holy plot twist with the reveal that Shay is Asgeir's ancestor this really will change a lot for Asgeir in future chapters and it also explains why Matthew went to such lengths to keep this a secret if it got revealed Asgeir was descended from the notorious traitor the wouldn never want to follow him. But bright side that it was the original Asgeir who began the brotherhood in the land of magic and that he was trained by Connor, nice job integrating him in the flashbacks.

Great job and please do not take too long with the next update the reunion between Asgeir, Elsa and Anna is up next and I want to see that optimistic ray of sunshine that is the youngest Arendelle sibling react to seeing what Asgeir has become.
