So I first read this story about a week ago, so thanks for the good timing! But more seriously, this was a nice fluffy story for right now. And although it did falter at points, it was pretty good overall. I don't knew if you are planning to write again, but definitely don't be discouraged because of any review!

Now, as with all my reviews, I speak from a place of kindness towards all stories. In your particular case, I really don't have much criticism!

You have a strong beginning here, bringing in the characters, letting us know their states at this point in time and what they feel towards one another. Of course, as expected, there's a lot of focus towards Ash and Serena, but you've had the others in there quite decently as well. Really, that's the most positive comment I can give you, because it feels like you're just getting started here.

Now, as for some advice. Most things are fine, though a personal opinion is that you're taking quite some time to get things going. That's neither here nor there, though. To me, I think the biggest thing I've noticed is how...sparse the dialogue looks. Like, you have a segment for dialogue and a segment for feelings, but they're separate. I think if you intermingled them, it would give more passion to the dialogue spoken.

Again, this is just one man's opinion, and mostly a positive one, so I hope you'll see it that way! It should be most interesting to see where you take this story into the future.
