Steve Rogers walks in on the STRIKE team making paper hats (and one nutty guy making a tinfoil one-he'll probably be dead when the night's over, given that it's HYDRA) or something and makes a WHAT THE H-E-DOUBLE-TOOTHPICKS face, you know, the one where he's like "WHAT ON EARTH" and slightly horrified as well... and then walks right out again... and then the idiot making the tinfoil hat will be like, "Wow, Rumlow, they'll have to promote you-you got Cap to make an even weirder face than Stockey did last week!" and Rumlow's like "Shut up." Maybe Rumlow was doing gymnastics. For some reason, I'd imagine that would be mentally scarring. Steve is graceful. Rumlow... is mentally scarring. X-P

HYDRA deserves this torture. That is all.
