Actually Sasuki wouldn't get the Eternal Mankeyou Sharingan, she would get the regular Mankeyou Sharingan. And honesty the Mankeyou wouldn't even be used unless it's a life or death situation because you can go blind. And for her to even get she would have to transplant a relatives eyes. In my opinion the Mankeyou isn't overpowered because for all its power there is still the drawback of blindness with evens it out. Now The Eternal is a while diffrent story that fucking shit is overpowered more then a Mf. Honestly the Rinnegan and the EMS are way overpowered. One has the ability to cast black flames that don't go away, at all if they hit you, a unbreakable Genjustu, and can form a goddamn big ass skeletal warrior, which mind you the Ems makes all these ability stronger. The Rinnegan? The power over all elements? Almighty push and Heavenly attraction? The ability to resurrect the dead? Can absorb chakra based attacks? And LAST can make a God damn boulder sized rock which attracts all things to it in the sky? Yeah enough said. Overpowerd as hell. But yeah I have no problem with the regular Mankeyou.
But the Ems kinda takes that shit too far. At least The mankeyou has a drawback, not to mention that shit is probably painful every time you use it because of the strain.
