I hope Connor made it safely to Laurel. I'm curious to see what Thea will do when she learns the truth or if it will be the actual truth or Malcolm telling her some form of the truth so he can manipulate her further.

I was wondering why Felicity was asking Oliver for vacation time after she admitted to herself that she wants to talk to him. Although I'm guessing the men are working for Slade's son and I'm hoping that Thea finds out just what kind of man her father is and how he used her and sent Oliver almost to his death.

I know Felicity wanted to talk to Oliver, but I thought she would try after she got the vacation time from Palmer.
