I'm with you. I can just imagine Nicky doing those things.
And the really nice thing is, as a grown up Grimm, one would like to think he might recall those nights and it would all coalesce into an epiphany for him. And then I think how much his father and mother loved him and how they worked to protect him and soldier on despite what the battles cost them. And, again, I recall the words Kelly said to the *itch, Adalind all the years later about the only way to protect him, proof of the great mother she was.
And, off task, the crappy one Adalind is. Just like her own, huh?
