It would be interesting to see how this concept would have played out had Severus permanently transported himself several decades into the past while remaining in England. Would he have been able to pave his own way and make a name for himself in that time changing his and everyone else's future? Maybe even find love and becoming the patriarch of one of the characters in the current generation? Maybe founding the Snape line as an established magical family? All things to look into (which I hope you do!) ; as for a more concrete review I have to say that your story was captivating and well written keeping the reader guessing where you would go next. Good job!
