I do like the direction this story is going in. I truly will be looking forward to the next chapter if it really does spell things out like you said. I found this to be very in character, Jibril especially. I enjoy the banter between all of them, and I'm glad you didn't leave out Izuna, Fi or Kurami since it seems a lot of people overlook everyone but Sora, Shiro, Jibril, and Steph. I also enjoyed Steph's little journey for meeting all of them. We've already discussed this story quite a bit and from what you've said I really am looking forward to how it all plays out. As you know, Alternate Universe stories are my favorite, so I was quite happy to see this. I watched NGNL the instant it came out each week because of how ingenious the series was. I think a Casino Alternate Universe would be absolutely perfect for Sora and Shiro. I see so much potential in this story and can't wait to see where you take it.
Very good start, and I enjoyed seeing the "urban legend's are usually less interesting than one thinks" brought into it in the beginning and the end.
